Hope specializes in treating children and teens with anxiety, depression, and Attention-Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She has training in play therapy techniques for all ages and in sand tray therapy.
Hope uses a Person-Centered approach to therapy, believing that the client is the expert in his or her own life and the therapist is the tool to help her clients reach their individual goals. For her, the client and therapist work as a team to create and address goals and to encourage the client to express themself in order to become a fulfilled version of themself.
She loves helping special needs cats and enjoys being outside and connecting with nature.
